The Development
A modern, sleek development of one and two bedroom apartments in the heart of this convenient and popular Berkshire town.
The location is hard to beat with the facilities of the town centre and Slough train station right on the doorstep and when we say on the doorstep we mean right on the doorstep.
Slough campus part of the Thames Valley University is also just across the road and within easy walking distance.
Slough is just 20 minutes away from London Paddington by train with services leaving every 30 minutes or so.
If that is not enough then Heathrow airport is just 2 junctions on the M4 Motorway offering a huge and rich resource of potential tenants.
The apartments offer good accommodation with a through lounge and kitchen at the rear, master bedroom with ensuite shower, well proportioned 2nd bedroom and a bonus of additional outdoor space by virtue of a balcony on some apartments.

Slough
One of Sloughs greatest assets is it's location being just a few miles south of London and North of Reading and in touching distance to the worlds busiest and expanding Heathrow airport.
Just off the M4 Motorway, Slough offers a good road structure enabling easy access in and out of the town
, along with a direct line train service to London Paddington with a journey time of just 20 minutes.
The town centre houses two indoor shopping malls home to many High street names and is more than equipped to deal with your every day needs and beyond. There is also a large Tesco superstore on the ring road, one of the first to offer petrol facilities from a supermarket.
A few miles outside of the town is the famous Pinewood studios where the Carry On films where created with many of the nearby locations used in the films. It is now better known for the James Bond movies with the huge 007 indoor filming structure can still be seen from the road.
The main entrance to Heathrow airport is just two short junctions on the M4 although it can also be reached by just one. The continued expansion of the airport will increase the letting potential of the Slough area as it offers a convenient distance and lively environment.
Regeneration
As you would expect from a major town there are on going regeneration plans to maintain and elevate Slough's business and leisure facilities.
In February 2006, English Partnerships announced a funding package of £17.52m for the Heart of Slough regeneration scheme. Initiated by Slough Borough Council, the project aims to regenerate 11.75 ha of land in the town centre mainly owned by the Borough Council and Thames Valley University. The area encompasses Brunel Bus Station, the existing library, the church square and parts of the University itself.
English Partnerships’ funding will enable Slough Borough Council to conclude the development agreement with its partners Development Securities . The Heart of Slough scheme will help to create an attractive gateway to the town as well as improving its infrastructure and environment. This will include the provision of more than 1,300 high-quality homes, 22,000 sq m of office space, a new bus station, revised road layout, public recreation spaces plus a new library and community facilities.
Slough Borough Council and English Partnerships are working with Development Securities to deliver the scheme, which will lead to a total investment of over £200m.
